Join BRI Multifinance Indonesia as a Collection Head and lead our debt recovery and portfolio management efforts in the SELINDO region. Based in Jakarta Raya, you'll work closely with our senior management to drive our collection objectives and achieve our financial targets.

As a Collection Head, you'll be responsible for managing a team of collection officers, setting performance targets, and implementing collection strategies that align with our company's goals. You'll use tools like Salesforce and Tableau to track and analyze collection data, ensuring we make informed decisions to improve our recovery rates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement collection strategies to recover outstanding debts efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze collection data using Salesforce and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reports on collection performance to senior management.
• Train and develop collection officers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors to facilitate timely payments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in debt recovery and portfolio management, with a proven track record of success.
• Certification in debt recovery or financial management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
