Gold Town Pratama is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Manager in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations matters, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including training programs and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports, including headcount reports, turnover rates, and training records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
