📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance pharmacy services and patient care.
• Manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct medication reviews and provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical services.
• Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock and minimize costs.
• Participate in community health programs and initiatives to promote wellness and preventative care.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to drive innovation in pharmacy practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in pharmacy, preferably in a community healthcare setting.
• Certification as a Registered Pharmacist (Apoteker) from the Indonesian Pharmacy Association (IAP).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with patients and healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve pharmacy services.
• Experience with pharmacy management software, such as ApotekNet or similar systems.
• Passion for community health and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
