Laboratory Technician - Concrete Testing Specialist

In this role, you will perform a variety of concrete testing procedures, including compressive strength testing, slump testing, and absorption testing. You will also be responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform concrete testing procedures including compressive strength, slump, and absorption tests.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment such as concrete testing machines and moisture meters.
• Prepare and maintain test specimens according to ASTM and ACI standards.
• Record and analyze test results, preparing detailed reports for project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior laboratory technicians.
• Participate in quality assurance and control processes to ensure the reliability of test data.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide technical support and expertise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete testing and laboratory analysis.
• Certification in concrete testing methods (e.g., ASTM C39, ACI 211) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as concrete testing machines, moisture meters, and digital scales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
