📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents accurately and on time.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure adequate stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to procurement.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
