📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional service standards.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Represent the hospital at industry events and conferences.,Provide feedback and recognition to staff to foster a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality leadership roles.,Proven track record of improving service quality and guest satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of healthcare environment and patient care standards.,Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
