HCA Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Palliative Care Nurse to join our team in Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and holistic care to patients in their final stages of life.,Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.,Monitor and manage patients' symptoms and needs, ensuring their comfort and quality of life.,Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pain management, symptom control, and end-of-life care.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless and coordinated care.,Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and documentation.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both staff and patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in palliative care or a related field.,Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of palliative care principles, practices, and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
