📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential sites for acquisition.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential sites to ensure they meet the company's criteria.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, landowners, and local authorities.
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals to the management team.
  • Monitor and manage the acquisition process from initiation to closure.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of new sites into the company's portfolio.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
