📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations in the assigned area.,Ensure that all activities are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with team members to achieve targets and goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Report to the Regional Manager on a regular basis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the retail or service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
