As an Area Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing daily operations, training and developing your team, and implementing strategies to enhance store performance. You'll work closely with our regional managers to ensure that all stores adhere to company standards and policies, while also fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to drive store performance and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with regional managers to ensure consistent implementation of company-wide initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management using retail management software.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store performance and sales data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail management software, such as SAP Retail, Oracle Retail, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local retail market trends and consumer behavior in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
