📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer data and track interactions.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relations.
• Contribute to the development of training programs for new customer service representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus.
