Cafe Elsa Bangunan is looking for a Deputy Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Deputy Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing our brand and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing coffee shop chain in Bandung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the brand.,Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.,Organize and participate in brand promotion events and activities.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image.,Assist in the management of social media accounts to engage with customers and promote the brand.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.,Assist in the development of training programs for staff to ensure they understand and can effectively communicate the brand values.,Assist in the evaluation of brand performance and provide feedback to improve brand strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Understanding of the coffee and food industry is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
