📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and support.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Organize and plan store events and promotions.,Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
