📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead technician in maintaining and repairing equipment and systems,Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment condition,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of property systems,Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment,Participate in training and development programs,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,At least 1 year of experience as a technician or in a related field,Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures,Valid driver's license (preferred),Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
