📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure vehicles are in optimal condition and available for operations.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.,Provide regular reports on vehicle status and operations.,Work closely with the management team to ensure fleet needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
