Japanese Speaker Accounting & Finance Manager - Property Development (A-131761)

RGF HR Agent Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Japanese Speaker Accounting & Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is for a leading Japanese property development company based in Jakarta, offering an exceptional opportunity to bridge financial operations between Indonesia and Japan. As the Accounting & Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and Japanese regulations, and providing financial insights to support the company's growth.

In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting, as well as managing the company's cash flow and liquidity. Additionally, you will work with the Japanese parent company to ensure seamless financial communication and collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial processes, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian and Japanese financial regulations and tax laws.
• Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
• Work with the Japanese parent company to ensure seamless financial communication and collaboration.
• Provide financial support to the property development projects, including cost tracking and financial projections.
• Train and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high standards of financial management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain financial systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proficiency in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian and Japanese financial regulations and tax laws.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
