📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.,Collaborate with other departments to address technical issues and find effective solutions.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.,Provide technical support and guidance to non-technical staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technician in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance and repair.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
