📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the waitstaff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.,Maintain the restaurant's high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.,Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accurate billing and payment processing.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Train and develop new waitstaff to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards and expectations.,Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.,Promote the restaurant's menu and special events to encourage customer patronage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary or hospitality training a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language, with English language skills a plus.
