Tech Mart Pratama is looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and execute test plans and test cases for new and existing features.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
  • Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure software quality.
  • Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing features.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve testing processes and tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide input on code quality and testing coverage.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual or automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in using testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
