In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with enterprise clients in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure that our sales targets are met and exceeded. You will play a key role in expanding Stripe's presence in the CEE market and driving revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their success.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients in the CEE region.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and ability to close large deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Polish is a plus.
  • Experience working in the CEE region is a plus.
