📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution process from start to finish, including coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Analyze distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to product distribution.,Manage a team of distribution officers and provide guidance and support as needed.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and distributors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a related field.,Strong understanding of distribution management principles and practices.,Proven track record of success in managing distribution processes and improving efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with ERP or distribution management software is a plus.
