📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
