🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and legal roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and ensuring legal compliance.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and legal management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
