As a Cashier at Bamsae Korean Resto, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling payments, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where multitasking and quick decision-making are key, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage cash transactions and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders and ensure they are delivered promptly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash register, including handling cash deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and patience.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Monitor and report on cash discrepancies or issues to ensure accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as QuickBooks or similar software.
• Familiarity with Korean cuisine and dining culture is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a physically active environment.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 20 lbs and working in a busy, noisy setting.
