📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment in the palm oil plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance schedules and projects.
• Work with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure they do not interfere with production schedules.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment history.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the palm oil or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and other relevant industry standards.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to work in a remote location, including overnight shifts if required.
