📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management and external stakeholders.
• Manage payables and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external review.
• Provide support for the annual audit process, including data collection and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or financial roles.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
