📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of designers to create visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into creative briefs.
• Oversee the design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality assets are produced on time.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior designers within the team.
• Ensure all design work aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
