📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the distribution center, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
• Oversee a team of 10-15 staff, providing leadership and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Work closely with drivers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Certification in warehouse management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CWI, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for food safety and logistics.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
