📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, chefs, and front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless operation of the establishment.
• Perform routine checks and calibrations on electrical and mechanical equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of the systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Certifications in electrical and mechanical systems, such as NECA, NEMA, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical tools, software, and equipment, including but not limited to oscilloscopes, multimeters, and PLCs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations, including but not limited to Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) guidelines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
• Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug test as part of the hiring process.
