📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using tools like Cisco Packet Tracer, Wireshark, and SolarWinds.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate network solutions with our applications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring seamless network operation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our network infrastructure.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, with a strong background in TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
• Hands-on experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with cloud-based network solutions, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
