📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Conduct demand forecasting and analysis to ensure accurate procurement planning.
• Manage procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Proficient in SAP MM or similar inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
