At APS Swim School Singapore Pte Ltd, you’ll work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your expertise will be valued. You’ll be involved in designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, conducting swimming assessments, and providing personalized coaching to help students achieve their swimming goals. With locations in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse range of students and contribute to the growth of our swim school across Bali.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and deliver engaging swimming lesson plans tailored to students of all ages and skill levels.
- Conduct swimming assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide personalized coaching to help students achieve their swimming goals.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest swimming techniques and coaching methods.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Swim Coach or similar role.
- Certification as a Swim Coach (e.g., SSTC, ASCA, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with using swimming management software (e.g., SwimOffice, Swimlogix).
- First Aid certification is a plus.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
